The College of Computing and Information Sciences (CCIS) is steadfast in its commitment to advancing regional and national development through its core mandates of instruction, research, production, and extension. COLLEGE GOALS
Research
- To produce quality computing researches anchored to the national and regional priority areas and relevant to the industry’s needs.
Instruction
- To be a leading institution delivering quality academic programs that are responsive to the needs of the industry in the Caraga region and beyond.
Production
- To generate revenue from Research and Development Innovation (RDI) outputs and services.
Extension
- To deploy computing RDI outputs to improve the quality of life of the community.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Research
- 50% of the Permanent Faculty shall conduct research, development and innovation.
- 25% from the conducted research shall be published in an internationally-refereed or CHED recognized journal
Instruction
- At least 50% of the students graduated within the program time frame (4 years)
- 60% of the graduated students are employed or are technopreneurs within two years after graduation
- Conduct National/Regional Skill certification program per year
Production
- Generate P1,000,000.00 income per year from various college endeavors
Extension
- Engage at least one active partnership with any public or private institutions
- Conduct training to 200 participants per year
