Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil is the 3rd University President of the Caraga State University (CSU), serving both the Butuan (Main) and Cabadbaran campuses since November 2022.

At the helm of Caraga State University (CSU) stands Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, a distinguished innovator and forward-thinking leader elected by the CSU Board of Regents in 2022. With a deep commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and digital transformation, Dr. Daguil is shaping the university’s future as a driving force for social and economic progress in the digital era.

A visionary at heart, Dr. Daguil spearheads the LIKHA Agenda, a strategic framework designed to propel CSU into global competitiveness. LIKHA, derived from the Filipino word meaning “creation,” encapsulates the university’s mission to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Under his leadership, CSU is focused on:
