
The College of Education convened 291 students who completed their practice teaching for a recognition ceremony and research discourse in the Pre-Service Teachers’ Research Congress 2025 on April 21 at the HERO Learning Commons Auditorium, Caraga State University.
The congress follows the theme: “Bridging Theory, Practice, Innovation,” which culminates and highlights the students’ academic journey, field experiences, and innovative practices. It also included presentations of research outputs and discussions with education mentors and leaders led by Vice Presidents Vicente A. Pitogo, DIT (Academic Affairs), and Jeffrey T. Dellosa, D.Eng (Research and Development, Innovation and Extension), who tackled the role of research innovation in teacher education.
The event highlighted the awarding of outstanding pre-service teachers, cooperating schools, and mentors who have demonstrated excellence and commitment to the teaching profession.
The event was graced by university key officials and CEd faculty members, signifying strong institutional support and collaboration in shaping the future of teacher education in the region.
