CSU-ROTC completes RAATI 2025 with 94.048% rating

The CSU-Reserve Officer Training Corp Unit completed the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) today, May 7, with a 94.048% rating.

RAATI evaluates activated Army ROTC units in the area of operation, covering administrative efficiency, training management, cadet competency, and operational preparedness.

COL Rey P. Pasco, GSC (INF), PA, chaired the evaluation, highlighting the ever-significant role of ROTC Programs in peace, nation building, and youth development. He echoed the call of the Armed Forces of the Philippines for “a sharp focus on transitioning to territorial defense operation, emphasizing the significance of unity against external threats.”

University President Rolyn C. Daguil, PhD, and NSTP Director Vice President Rissa L. Mercado, PhD, facilitated the event.

In his welcome message, President Daguil commends the university ROTC Unit and affirms its “commitment to discipline, excellence, and readiness to lead and serve. This activity is a celebration of your hard work in training and enduring commitment to serve.

This year’s administrative and tactical inspection included administrative inspection, inspection of ranks, close order drill, platoon integrated tactics, map reading, weapons, knot tying, comprehensive examination, basic life support, and evaluation of training staff.
