To strengthen global exposure and academic collaboration, Caraga State University sent 38 students and 18 faculty members to Thailand for a series of lectures at the Science Silpakorn International Summer School hosted by Silpakorn University (SU) from April to June 2025.
The annual summer school offered short courses across diverse disciplines including Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computing, Microbiology, and Statistics. The program also provided support for travel, registration, accommodation, and meals.
As part of its continuous journey toward HR excellence, Caraga State University welcomed the Civil Service Commission for an onsite assessment under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on June 10 to 11, 2025.
The assessment evaluated the university’s HR systems and practices based on Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) and Performance Management (PM), including onsite validation.
In its commitment to safety and resilience in the academic community, CSU Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office led a Standard First Aid training for students, faculty, and personnel in emergency response held at the Conference Hall, Administration Building on June 9-11, 2025
