In the quest to encompass and integrate 21st century skills to the University’s Curricular Programs and activities ,  the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs conducted a workshop last September 23, 2019 at the Organic Agriculture Training Center.

The workshop was participated by the college Deans, directors of the different offices-NSTP, Guidance office, GAD,  OCID, OIGE, OSAS, chairpersons of the different programs, and some student representatives of the University Student Council and League of Campus Organizations.

CSU Mathematics Department faculty members  with the speakers from Europe, Prof. Youcef Mammeri of Université de Picardie Jules Verne, Amiens, France, and Prof. Joaquim Correia of Universidade de Évora, Evora, Protugal.

          Five (5) faculty-researchers of the Mathematics Department of Caraga State University participated this year’s West Asia Mathematical School (WAMS) last August 29 – September 3, 2019 held at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.

Caraga State University sent five Bachelor of Science in Agriculture students for their eleven months Occupational Internship Program last September 2019 to Tel Aviv, Israel. Roel Amit, Jake Warren Bago, Rodel Eala, Earl Jhon A. Escalona, and Jo Mark Perodes will be exposed to different agriculture related activities such as production, packaging, and marketing.

August 13, 2019 marked another milestone for Caraga State University as it opened School Year 2019-2020 in earnest. The 2019 school opening was attended by all the freshmen, transferees, and old students coming from the different places all over Caraga Region and in other places as well in Region 10 and 9.

CSU President, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso with the other University key officials led the millennial themed Entrada MMXIX along the main street of CSU and fronting the newly constructed state-of-the-art Administration building.

Thirteen members of the Caraga State University (CSU) "Trisikad" Drivers Team gathered together to clean-up the overpass and main gate entrance of the University on August 12, 2019 to exhibit social responsibility and support to the University's service for the people advocacy.

CSU President, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso values everyone's contribution in the development and growth of the Caraga State University and has been articulating that it is good to be diverse, but it is better to be united.
