CSU celebrated the Civil Service Commission’s Program on Awards and Incentives on Service Excellence (PRAISE) through PASIDUNGOG 2023, an annual awarding ceremony to honor and acknowledge individuals in the administration, instruction, innovation, research, and extension who have made significant contributions to various aspects of university life.

The winners of the different athletic and recreational competitions for this year's KASADYA were respectfully awarded today, October 23, 2023, after the university's flag ceremony. For the past two weeks, CSU personnel from the administration and academic units have thrown their hats in the ring and competed in the following sports: bowling, volleyball, basketball, dart, funrun, duathlon, and badminton. The Caraga State University furthers its plans for the realization of the School of Medicine as it formalized a pioneering partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Barangay Abilan and Gawad Kalinga-Abilan (GK Abilan) through the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) last, October 19, 2023. The momentous event signifies a collaborative effort to provide essential medical and clinical training for the university's School of Medicine program through community engagement.

Mr. Dranreb B. Reyes, a second-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) student at Caraga State University, and his fellow Captcha wildcard team members earned 2nd Place in the latest 2023 Hack4Gov National Competition held at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel, Santa Cruz, Manila last October 16, 2023. He was also a recipient of the Performance Excellence Award.
