The Caraga State University (CSU) further expands its international partnerships with another ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)  on February 20, 2025.

CSU holds annual book fair to strengthen knowledge base

The university's Library Information Services (LIS) commences its three-day Book Fair to update its current library resources, ultimately providing Golden Paddlers with updated reference materials.

Various book suppliers showcase their collections for selection from February 19-21, 2025. The selection criteria include curricular support, undergraduate and master’s program relevance, faculty recommendations, demand and potential use, reviews from standard selection sources, program requirements, and budgetary considerations.

Three Golden Paddlers join ASEAN program in Malaysia

Three promising student-incubatees under the TARA-ATBI and Navigatu TBI (TBI Center) have been selected to represent Caraga State University in the prestigious ASEAN Student Mobility Program 2025. The program, which will be held from February 18 to February 26, 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, provides a platform for young innovators to engage in academic exchange, innovation challenges, and leadership development.

CSU records seven newly registered microbiologists

Seven (7) Golden Paddlers passed the 2025 Certification Examination for Registered Microbiologists (RMicro) administered by the Philippine Academy of Microbiology, Inc. (PAM) on January 18-19, 2025, in Taguig City.

The registered microbiologists include Jerico B. Aloba, Roland Care B. Burdeos, John Benedict B. Diaz, Kent D. Lampad, Ella Mae C. Lasco, Necel Keren S. Paglinawan, Al Austin M. Saclolo. Four of the seven passers mentioned have recently graduated with a BS in Biology in 2024.

CSU Physics Faculty, ADMU, pioneer cheap way to make aluminum transparent

Marco Laurence Budlayan, a Physics instructor at Caraga State University - College of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (CMNS), along with researchers from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) and Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), developed a pioneering way to make aluminum transparent using tiny acid droplets.
