Description

The Office of the University Registrar at Caraga State University (CSU) Main Campus is located in the CSU Student Services building. This office is under the supervision of the University Registrar and encompasses the following sections, including but not limited to receiving section, releasing section, internal coordination section, processing section, verification section, records section and reports generation section.

The Office of the University Registrar is the repository of student and academic records, which are highly important and delicate documents. It shall function in support of other academic units by fulfilling the mandate of maintaining and preserving the academic records of the students in the University. This function is primarily fulfilled through the following fundamental services: verification, safekeeping and issuance.

Objectives

Within the framework of the University’s Quality Policy, the Office of the University Registrar endeavors to accomplish the following objectives by adhering to pertinent local and international standards and regulations and by establishing the Digitalized Office of the University Registrar (eOUR) before the end of 2028:

  1. Adoption of efficient and effective office and records management.
  2. Provision of excellent customer service.
  3. Issuance of accurate and reliable student and university records.
